첨부파일명을 보니 11년 2월 2일에 다녀오신 듯 한데, 맞으신가요? ^^ 사바스 호스트분들이 매우 인상이 좋아보이시네요. ^^ 일본열도가 지진때문에 난리인데, 이분들께는 피해가 없어야 할텐데, 하는 생각이 드네요 ^^ 표정에서 즐거운 여행다녀오신 느낌이 듭니다~ |

《Re》miranKIM 님 ,음력설 연휴를 이용하여 규슈에 갔다 왔습니다. 3.11지진 후 바로 메일을 보내 안부를 물었습니다. 3뤙13일 이시와상에게 받은 메일인데 오이타에는 피해가 없었답니다. Dear youngsook, Thank you for worring about us. Our Family is totally O.K. Oita had a small tsunami ,but nobody was injured and got no damage. As My daughter is working in Tokyo from April, she left for Tokyo ,where there had been also a big earthquake , for the preparations yesterday afternoon. So ,We were busy checking if the airport was O.K. or the train ran in the yesterday morning. That is just what we got involved in the disaster. But more than 2500 people have been killed or still missing in the northern Japan. It has been a catastrophe. The number of the victims is still on the rise . Most T.V. programs are quake & tsunami related, but we have not been able to get a whole picture yet. Watching the video of the disaster is heartbreaking. But I am glad at the same time to get the letters from some friends like you who care about us Japanese. And the whole world has offered us the aids ,which is heartwarming. Thank you very much. I hope Japan will recover from the damage in the near future. Thank you ,again. We remember your house is on a hill, high enough to avoid the tsunami, but we are much worried about you. You must be O.K, aren't you? Oita is far from the origin of the earthquake. The news says that all coastal areas are not safe from the tsunami. We will pray that the disater may come to an end soon , and your country may recover from the damage at the earliest days.
