About papers stamps
For 2020 there is a change in the stamps management by Servas International.
After the piloting 2019 phase,
if your country has used less than 50 stamps last year you will enter the e-stamps procedure to issue E-LOIs in 2020. The Servas Online e-stamps team will assist you.
If your country used more than 50 stamps you are invited to follow the e-stamps procedure but you may also opt to request paper stamps for 2020.
To clarify the information you just have to fill the online form at the following address :

If you have difficulties to fill this form please contact by email the address
servas.treasurer@gmail.com .
For the paper stamps, Richard will send you by post the stamps to the postal address you mention in your requesting mail. Please confirm by mail to Richard (servas.treasurer@gmail.com ) as soon as you have well received the stamps.
For the e-stamps you will be given instructions on how to contact the e-stamps team when you wish to issue E-:OIs for travelers in your country.
Payment of stamps used during 2019
Your payment will be based on the average payment of the last three years. Just like last year, you will be given the option of paying either in CHF, USD or EUR. The conversion rate and the amount you need to pay are given in the next two pages of this document.
